Fired Up's wine list is designed to accentuate the food coming out of the kitchen. We strive to provide a wide variety of wines that will have something for everyone's palate. The highlight of our wine list is the 8 wines we offer on tap. This quality wine is kegged by the winemaker in stainless steel kegs and stays fresh and delicious for 3-4 months. Wine on tap is also environmentally friendly due to no bottle or cork waste. We're happy to see that CO is embracing a concept that has been a mainstay in European and Californian restaurants for decades.
